You are eligible for a full refund if:

  • You request a refund within 30 days of your initial subscription purchase
  • You are a first-time subscriber to the specific plan
  • You have not violated our Terms of Service
  • Your account is in good standing

  • • Professional Plan ($29/month or $290/year)
  • • Enterprise Plan ($99/month or custom pricing)

Refund Exclusions

Refunds are not available for:

  • Renewal payments after the initial 30-day period
  • Partial month refunds (subscriptions canceled mid-cycle remain active until the end of the billing period)
  • Accounts suspended or terminated for Terms of Service violations
  • Free plan users (as no payment was made)
  • Purchases made more than 30 days ago
  • Chargebacks or disputed payments (these will be handled separately)

Note: If you cancel your subscription without requesting a refund, you will retain access to your plan features until the end of your current billing period. This is not considered a refund scenario.

3-5 business days to your PayPal balance

Special Circumstances

Annual Subscriptions

For annual plan subscribers, the 30-day money-back guarantee applies from the date of your initial annual purchase. If you request a refund within this period, you will receive a full refund of the annual payment.

Trial Periods

If you signed up for a free trial and did not cancel before the trial ended, you have 30 days from the date your card was first charged to request a refund.

Technical Issues

If you experienced technical issues that prevented you from using our service, please contact our support team. We may offer extended refund periods or account credits on a case-by-case basis.

Enterprise Customers

Enterprise customers with custom contracts should refer to their specific agreement for refund terms, which may differ from this standard policy.

Chargebacks and Disputes
